NW BachFest Concerts at Barrister Winery tonight and Sunday

Northwest BachFest will have two special concerts this Friday and Sunday, September 9 & 11 at Barrister Winery, 1213 W. Railroad Avenue. The concerts feature one of today's most acclaimed classical musicians, Xavier Foley, double bass. Also featured on the programs are the BachFest Trio Oud To Joy - Isa Najem, oud; Chris Beores-Haigis, guitar; Cicely Parnas, cello. This trio was an audience favorite at the recent Music in Manito concerts followed by an Afterglow performance at Barrister Winery. Back by popular demand, this is a last opportunity to hear this trio before they move to Bahrain, Berlin, Germany, and New Orleans to pursue their multi-faceted individual careers. Grammy-winning BachFest Artistic Director Zuill Bailey, cello, will also perform.
