Browne's Addition Summer Concerts Celebrates 25th Anniversary with Dynamic Lineup



The Browne's Addition Summer Concerts 25th anniversary season will feature some of Spokane's most popular bands with something for everyone, Rock, Jazz, Blues, Country, Celtic, Indie Folk and more. The free concerts will be in Coeur d'Alene Park from 6-8pm on Thursdays. The season kicks off today, July 7 with the return of the 2019 popular 133rd Washington Army National Guard Band. In addition to the Full Metal Racket Rock Band, it will feature the General's 7 Traditional Jazz Band and the Brass Patriots Band.

On July 14, the Zonky Jazz Band (pictured above), formed from Hot Club of Spokane, will play music from the 1930s and '40s, with special attention to the repertoires of Bing Crosby, Mildred Bailey, and Al Rinker - who all grew up in Spokane and then made it big in the music industry.

CRAVE! NW coming July 14-16

CRAVE! NW at Spokane Valley, the Inland Northwest's premier food and drink celebration will be held Thursday through Saturday, July 14-16 at Spokane Valley CenterPlace. Sponsored by the City of Spokane Valley, CRAVE! NW is the largest culinary event in the Spokane area, dedicated to uplifting the culinary scene in the Northwest. This year the 3-day food festival is chef-focused, showcasing the creative talents of visionary chefs and tastemakers from around the region while highlighting the flavors of the great Northwest.

A Burger Smack Down is on Thursday July 14. On Friday July 15, the feature is Foods from Around the World. Lastly, on Saturday July 16, is Fire & Smoke. All evening events run from 6-9pm for general admission.

NW BachFest Music In Manito July 19 & 20



Northwest BachFest's annual July outdoor concerts, now called 'Music In Manito' (formerly Mozart On A Summer's Eve), held in Manito Park, on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 19 & 20 at 7pm both nights. The 2022-23 BachFest season celebrates Artistic Director Zuill Bailey's 10th year leading Northwest BachFest. This year’s concerts feature Isa Najem, oud; Helen Hwaya Kim, violin; and Judy Carmichael Jazz Trio (Judy pictured above). The concert site opens at 5:30pm for pre-concert picnics in both table and lawn seating areas. The concerts are on the lawn east of Duncan Gardens in Manito Park. Machine Gun Kelly coming to the Arena July 25



Machine Gun Kelly is bringing his international Mainstream Sellout Tour to the Spokane Arena for a concert on Monday, July 25 at 7:30pm. The multi-platinum selling artist's first arena tour will feature special guests Avril Lavigne & Willow.

This week's music at Arbor Crest



Enjoy live music, great food and wine all summer long at Arbor Crest's Cliff House Estate for their summer concert series. This week's concerts: Today, July 7, Current Flow - Issac Walton plays Alt Rock, and on Sunday, July 10, Sara Brown Band performs R&B. Music runs from 5:30-7:30pm both nights. Thursday admission is $8 and Sunday is $15. Wine, beer and food available for purchase.

Spokatopia is this Saturday July 9

The Spokatopia Outdoor Adventure Festival is this Saturday, July 9 from 9am-6pm at Spokane's Camp Sekani Park and Boulder Beach on the Spokane River. There will be lots of outdoor activities, biking, outdoor games and kids' activities, live music, kayaks and paddleboards, beer garden benefitting Evergreen East, yoga classes, a 5k trail run and much more.
