Spokane Symphony Pops 2: A Celebration Of Veterans coming to The Fox Nov 9



It's a musical salute to our veterans from all branches of the armed forces, with patriotic music and popular songs from each era of American military involvement, from the Civil War to the present day. Selections include hits from The Andrews Sisters, Simon and Garfunkel, Bette Midler, John Williams, Jimi Hendrix and more. Next Saturday, November 9 at 8pm at Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox. Morihiko Nakahara conducts and Abbey Crawford, Derrick Parker and Jim Swoboda on vocals.

Veterans are encouraged to come in uniform. Don't miss this celebration of our heroes in honor of Veteran's Day. Tickets are available at the Box Office, or by calling 509-624-1200, and at www.spokanearena.com.


March Madness is Back! Tickets on sale this Saturday

The 2020 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship - First & Second Rounds are coming to the Spokane Arena Thursday, March 19 and Saturday, March 21, 2020. All-Session tickets will include admission to all three sessions (six games total) of the event.

5th Annual Dia de los Muertos at Hazen & Jaeger Valley Friday



This Friday, November 1 from 6-9pm, the Hispanic Business/Professional Association and Hazen & Jaeger Valley Funeral Home present their 5th Annual Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) event at the funeral home, 1306 North Pines Road. The event is free and open to the public.

Phantasm - An Evening Of Magic at The Fox Nov 6



More than just a typical magic show, Phantasm combines mind blowing illusions with epic storytelling performed by three-time world champion Nick Norton. For the past twenty years Nick has mesmerized audiences at Silverwood Theme Park. Join Nick, Amanda, and Dr. Cosmos on an epic journey through time and space, where fantasy and reality intersect. Performance is Wednesday, November 6 at 7:30pm.

Fall Home Idea & Northwest Taste Shows this weekend

The 41st Annual Fall Home Idea Show in combination with the Northwest Taste Show will be this Friday, November 1 through Sunday, November 3 at the Spokane Fair & Expo Center. The Home Idea Show tops off the Home Improvement season as Spokane's final major consumer home show focusing on building, renovation, landscaping, design and decor. Visit hundreds of booths showcasing the latest products and services for the Home inside and out. Enter to win great door prizes, attend informative seminars and get expert advice on all your home remodeling, decorating or building needs. Plus, the Northwest Taste Show will be showcasing many food & beverage products as well as services unique to the Northwest.

'Glow Night' at First Church of the Nazarene Nov 9

First Church of the Nazarene, N. 9004 Country Homes Boulevard, will present a 'Glow Night' on Saturday, November 9, with opportunities for two different age groups to attend. The evening's event, held in the church gym, asks kids to wear white or fluorescent shirts, and come ready to Glow - with Glow games, Glow food, and more. The first event, for kids kindergarten through 6th grade is 6-8pm, and the second event, same evening, for 7th to 12th grade is from 9-11pm. The cost is $10 with all proceeds going directly to children's ministries.
