Fabulous art on the Little Spokane River

The 12th Annual Little Spokane River Artist Studio Tour is this Saturday, September 28 from 10am-5pm. 40 artists divided between the 5 studios of Jill Smith, Gina Freuen, Shani Marchant, Kay O'Rourke and Victoria Brace, in a beautiful setting on the little Spokane River. Original works available for sale will include the mediums of painting, metal sculpture, pottery, jewelry, photography, wood, fiber and clothing design, leather, origami, and mixed media sculpture.

Arbor Crest's Summer Concert Series ends this week

This is the last week of Arbor Crest's outdoor summer concert series with music this Thursday and Sunday evenings. On Thursday, September 26, Harvey Stanley performs from 4:30-6:30pm, $6 admission. And on Sunday, September 29, Common Ground performs from 4:30-7pm, $12 admission.

Arbor Crest's annual Oktoberfest is next Saturday & Sunday, October 5-6. Hours are 12-5, with live music from 1-4pm, admission is free. Square Wheel Brewing Co will be there for the celebration, which includes wine, beer and German food, games and more.

Spokane Oktoberfest this weekend

Spokane Oktoberfest, a traditional authentic German celebration returns to Spokane Valley CenterPlace for the 5th annual Spokane Oktoberfest with a community celebration of all things Bavarian. The weekend includes games, festivities, 2 stages, dancing, and plenty to eat and drink. Oktoberfest runs Friday through Sunday, September 27-29.

Spokane Symphony presents: James Bond - The Music, this Saturday

The Music of James Bond, performed by the Spokane Symphony, is at Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox this Saturday, September 28. Broadway stars Hugh Panaro and Morgan James star in the show, Morihiko Nakahara conducts. The two dozen Bond films that span five decades include some of the greatest movie music in history. Dress up in Bond-style attire, and come early for a cocktail party and games.

Disney on Ice presents Mickey's Search Party Oct 18-20 at the Arena

Join Mickey Mouse and his friends at Disney On Ice presents Mickey's Search Party, a brand new adventure filled with world-class skating, high-flying acrobatics and unexpected stunts. Performances are Friday, October 18 at 7pm; Saturday, October 19 at 11:30am, 3:30pm and 7pm; and Sunday, October 20 at 11:30am and 3:30pm.
