It's Hoopfest weekend!



Hoopfest, the planet's biggest 3-on-3 basketball tournament, is this Saturday, June 30 and Sunday, July 1. With 6,000 teams, 3,000 volunteers, nearly a quarter million fans and 450 courts spanning 45 city blocks! Beyond basketball, it is an outdoor festival with shopping, food and interactive entertainment. Get downtown and get in on the fun!


David Cross performs at the Bing July 2

This week's music at Arbor Crest



The music continues are Arbor Crest and this Thursday June 28, Daniel Mills, frontman for the rock band 'Son of Brad', returns to the Tasting Room stage with his one-man-band set. Cindy Dillehay adds artwork to the evening, with her display of glass art. Music runs from 5:30-8, $5 cover charge.

On Sunday, July 01, Devon Wade will perform. With a voice reminiscent of Garth Brooks and Clint Black, Devon and his band play some of the best country music ever to come out of Sandpoint, Idaho. Music runs from 5:30-8, $10 cover charge.

Festival at Sandpoint All Star concert at Panida Theater July 9

The Festival at Sandpoint All Star concert is at the Panida Theatre in Coeur d'Alene on Monday, July 9 at 6pm. General admission is $5, tickets available at the door. For more information, go to www.panida.org. Panida Theater is located at 300 North 1st Ave in CdA.

John Fogerty coming to Northern Quest July 17



John Fogerty is known as one of the best songwriters of all time with tunes like 'Proud Mary,' 'Down on the Corner,' 'Bad Moon Rising' and more. He's at Northern Quest Tuesday, July 17 at 7:30. Go to northernquest.com for more information and tickets.

Wings of Freedom Tour at Spokane Airport



The Collings Foundation's Wings of Freedom Tour is currently going on at the Spokane International Airport, through tomorrow, Thursday, June 28. Aircraft enthusiasts will have the opportunity to tour and even fly in a B-25 Mitchell, P-51 Mustang, B-17 Flying Fortress and a B-24 Liberator. These vintage WWII-era planes will be on display at Signature Flight Support, 8136 W. Pilot Drive. Signature Flight Support is located on the southeast side of Spokane International Airport and is accessible via Interstate 90 exit 276.

Walk through tour times are available from 9am-5pm today and tomorrow. Flights will take place before and after the tours. Flight fees and additional event details are available at www.collingsfoundation.org/event/spokane-wa/.

LeRoy Bell to perform at Hotel RL at the Park June 29



LeRoy Bell & His Only Friends will do a Free concert as part of the Rhythm & Brews Free Concerts at the Hotel RL at The Park in Spokane. LeRoy will perform this Friday, June 29 from 6-9pm. Spokane singer/songwriter Stevie Lynne will open. And on Saturday, June 30, Stepbrothers will perform from 6-9pm. The stage is outside, all ages welcome, table seating, cocktails and food available.

'Forever Plaid' at the Kroc Center now thru July 1



When four young singers are killed in a car crash on their way to their first big gig, they posthumously take the stage for one final concert in this goofy, 1950s nostalgia trip. It is at the moment when their careers and lives end that the story of 'Forever Plaid' begins.

Rodney Carrington coming to the Fox June 28



Rodney Carrington is a multi-talented comedian, actor, singer and writer, whose albums have sold millions of copies. An album of new songs and material entitled 'Laughter's Good' debuted at Number One on the Overall Comedy Charts. Rodney will be performing at the Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox on Thursday, June 28 at 8pm. For mature audiences only.
