This week at Arbor Crest



Arbor Crest Wine Cellars is beginning to bloom, so don't miss their annual Tulip Fest going on now. Tulips are still a week or so away, but there are lots of other blooms at the Estate.

Arbor Crest Fireside Music series is winding down, with this weekend as the last Fireside concerts of the season. This Friday, April 27, Into the Drift performs and on Saturday, April 28, musical artist is Sara Brown. Music runs from 5:30-7;30, no cover. Wine, beer and snacks available for purchase.

However, Arbor Crest's Summer Concert series is just around the corner, with opening concert on Thursday, May 3, with Craig Catlett performing jazz & swing. And on Sunday, May 6, One Street Over is musical guest, performing pop/rock.

The Arena Bucket List is Back!

Once again, the Spokane Arena is asking the people of Spokane who they would want to see perform live at the Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena?

Visit www.spokanearena.com/bucketlist to submit your TOP THREE Bucket List Bands and join in on the conversation. You have until Wednesday, May 9 to submit your requests.

The 2015 Bucket List helped bring the following acts to Spokane: #1 Garth Brooks, #5 Florida Georgia Line, #7 Metallica (December 2018), #11 Foo Fighters, #17 Slipknot, #19 Blake Shelton, #21 Carrie Underwood, #25 Journey, #27 Eagles (May 2018), #28 Scorpions, #29 Eric Church, #30 Nickelback, and #31 Five Finger Death Punch.

Chamber Soiree tonight at the Fox

A mix of baroque, classical and contemporary music introduced and performed by various ensembles from the Spokane Symphony for the Chamber Soiree concert, tonight, Wednesday, April 25, 7:30pm at the Historic Davenport Hotel. Enjoy table seating with wine and light bites or be seated in the gallery of the Marie Antoinette Ballroom. Late table seating will be upstairs until intermission. Musical selections include works by Bach, Mozart and Beethoven.

Cirque du Soleil Crystal at the Arena May 2-6



Cirque du Soleil is coming to the Spokane Arena with a brand new arena creation. Cirque du Soleil's CRYSTAL, explores the artistic limits of ice for the first time in the company's 34-year history. This unique production combines stunning skating and acrobatic feats that defy the imagination. CRYSTAL will perform at the Spokane Arena for 7 performances, Wednesday, May 2 through Sunday, May 6.

Whitworth Wind Symphony with Travis Brass performs this Friday at the Fox



The acclaimed Whitworth Wind Symphony, under the direction of Richard Strauch, will present its spring concert, 'Shadows and Light' this Friday, April 27, 8pm at the Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox. The performance will feature special guest artists The Travis Brass of the United States Air Force Band of the Golden West in a performance of Eric Ewazen's Shadowcatcher for brass quintet and wind ensemble. In addition to other works by Ron Nelson, Joseph Turrin, and John Philip Sousa, the concert will also present exciting new works by American composers Peter Van Zandt Lane and James David.

Dancing with Celebrities 2018 to benefit CdA Summer Theater

Join the Coeur d'Alene Summer Theatre this Saturday, April 28, 7pm for 'Dancing with Celebrities', to be held at the Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort. This will be a fun evening of dancing and cheering on your favorite dancing couple, and voting for the winner with your dollars, all all in support of Coeur d'Alene Summer Theatre.

Doors open at 6pm. Tickets are $25, and each dollar counts as a vote for the Celebrity Couple of your choice. This year's celebrity judges are last year's winners: Heidi Rogers, Jeff Crandall, and Amy Bartoo.

Aubrey Logan at the Fox May 5



Seattle native Aubrey Logan will be performing with the Spokane Symphony as part of their Pops series, on Saturday, May 5, 8pm at the Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox. Morihiko Nakahara conducts. Whether she's jamming' on her trombone or sailing through a song with her multi-octave vocals, Aubrey captivates audiences, performing jazz, neo-soul, classic rock and more.
