Tinnabulation Music Festival at Riverfront Friday through Saturday



Tinnabulation, 'A Summer Music Festival' with over 50 bands, 4 stages, performing arts and art displays, food booths and a craft beer garden is this Friday through Sunday, September 8-10 at Riverfront Park and the Spokane Convention Center.

Del Gish at the Art Spirit Gallery through October 7



Del Gish is the featured artist this month at the Art Spirit Gallery at 415 Sherman in downtown Coeur d'Alene. There's an opening reception this Friday, September 8 from 5-8pm.

Opening Night Classics this weekend with the Spokane Symphony



Don't miss the 2017-2018 Spokane Symphony season opener, featuring Zemlinsky's highly romantic work, The Mermaid, a beautiful orchestrated rendition of Hans Christian Andersen's classic tale. Rising star Jessica Lee, violin, and Peter Stumpf, former principal cellist of the L.A. Philharmonic, will dazzle in Brahms' Concerto for Violin and Cello. Strauss' delightful Blue Danube Waltz has become an unofficial Austrian anthem. Musical Director Eckart Preu conducts. Performances are Saturday, September 9 at 8pm and Sunday, September 10 at 3pm.

Hank Williams Jr. at Northern Quest September 15



With 20 gold albums, 6 platinum albums and 13 chart-topping albums Hank Williams Jr. has been selling out venues across the country for decades. He will be at Northern Quest Friday, September 15 at 7:30pm Joining him will be The Cadillac Three (formerly Black Cadillac).

Spokane Association of Realtors Annual Food Drive this Sept 7 and 8

The Spokane Association of REALTORS will be out at the Spokane-area Albertsons grocery stores on Thursday, September 7 and Friday, September 8 for their annual food drive. They will be collecting non-perishable food items and cash donations to help Second Harvest stock the shelves of partner food banks serving local neighborhoods.

The online site is a great tool to make your donation, www.crowdrise.com/PackThePantry2017. For every $1 donated, Second Harvest provides 6 pounds of food - he equivalent of 5 meals for hungry people. All proceeds go to 2nd Harvest which works to help feed local individuals and families.

This Sunday, September 10, Ryan Larsen Band (pictured above) plays Pure Country. Music runs from from 4:30-Sunset. $10 admission.
