Harold Balazs 'One More Time' at the Art Spirit Gallery

The artist is the renowned Harold Balazs opening a month long show called 'One More Time.' Over 130 pieces, featuring multiple media art...drawings, enamels, sculptures, bronzes, paintings, and more.

Rockin' the Reserve this weekend



Great music from two hot rock bands this Friday and Saturday night, January 13 & 14 at the Reserve, 120 North Wall. Friday at 9 it's Kosta Panidis and Mojo Box. Saturday at 9, Chris Reser and the Nerve. Just $5 cover each night.


Spokane Symphony celebrates American Voices at the Fox Jan 21 & 22



Join the Spokane Symphony with conductor Eckart Preu and violinist Mateusz Wolski, as they honor America's vibrant musical voice. Enjoy great works by Scott Joplin, Duke Ellington, Samuel Barber, Sergei Prokofiev, John Adams and of course, George Gershwin.

Performances are Saturday, January 21 at 8pm and Sunday, January 22 at 3pm.

Best of Broadway Costumes on Display at the NW Museum

In celebration of WestCoast Entertainment's 30th anniversary season, 15 costumes from some of the most popular touring Broadway musicals are on display at the Northwest Museum of Arts & Culture through the week of February 19.

The exhibit includes costumes from national tours including The 'Phantom of the Opera,' 'Annie,' 'Wizard of Oz,' 'Kinky Boots,' 'CATS,' 'Disney's The Lion King' and 'Annie.' All costumes have been utilized in either recent or current tours.

Arbor Crest's Fireside Music series continues



It may be 'Friday the 13th' but this is your lucky night! This Friday, January 13 at Arbor Crest, popular jazz singer Jan Harrison will be joined by the incomparable guitarist Pat Barclay and Doug Folkins on bass. And Saturday, January 14, Isaac Walton performs. Music runs from 5:30-7:30pm, no cover, the tasting room and wine bar are open until 8pm. Wine by the flight, glass or bottle, plus tasty food selections and beer on-tap from Square Wheel Brewing, all served up in the cozy Wine Bar on the Cliff House Estate. The road is plowed so head up to Arbor Crest this weekend.
