Leon Russell, who is at the Bing tonight at 8, is a music legend and perhaps the most accomplished and versatile musician in the history of rock 'n roll. In his distinguished and unique 50 year career, he has played on, arranged, written and/or produced some of the best records in popular music. Leon has played on pop, rock, blues, country, bluegrass, standards, gospel, and surf records. As a session musician, arranger, producer, singer, songwriter, pianist, guitarist, record company owner, bandleader, and touring musician, he has collaborated with hundreds of artists, including Glen Campbell, Joe Cocker, Willie Nelson, Edgar Winter, George Harrison, Eric Clapton, Bob Dylan, Ringo Starr, John Lennon, and many, many more.

"Lets Get Our Hands Dirty" at Trackside tonight

Trackside Studio Ceramic Art Gallery at 115 S,. Adams invites you to their April, Wednesday Evening "Lets Get Our Hands Dirty" Presentation Series tonight at 7 pm.

Local ceramic artist Aubrey Purdy Rude and Gonzaga ceramics & art professor, Mat Rude will demo and discuss the various aspects of their ceramic works currently on exhibit at Trackside. This fun evening event is also a great opportunity to see their beautiful exhibit of one-of-a-kind sculpture and functional forms before it closes, April 30th.

Spokane's Ultimate Model is Friday night at the Bing

This Friday night at 7, Bozzi Media presents one of the most exciting model competitions in the Inland Northwest! 30 finalists will compete on the runway in the beautiful Bing Crosby Theater to become Spokane's Ultimate Model. Contestants will showcase the latest trends and styles in fashion.

Custer's Spring Antique & Collectors Sale this Friday through Sunday



Custer's 40th Annual Spring Antique & Collectors Sale is at the Spokane County Fair & Expo Center this Friday, April 24 through Sunday, April 26.

Cirque Du Soleil's 'Varekai' at the Arena this week



Today, April 29 through Sunday, May 3, the amazing, astounding Cirque Du Soleil presents seven performances of 'Varekai' at the Spokane Arena.

The word 'Varekai' means 'wherever' in the Romany language of the gypsies, the universal wanderers. This production pays tribute to the nomadic soul, to the spirit and art of the circus tradition, and to the infinite passion of those whose quest takes them along the path that leads to Varekai.

Performances are Wednesday, April 29 at 7:30pm., Thursday, April 30 at 7:30pm., Friday, May 1 at 7:30pm., Saturday, May 2 at 4pm & 7:30pm., and Sunday, May 3 at 1:30pm & 5pm.
